Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Weber Kick’ n Chicken Seasoning or your favorite chicken seasoning

  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 16 oz. package tortellini cooked according to package directions

  • 1 15 oz. jar Alfredo Sauce

Directions

  • Heat a pan to high heat for about 2 minutes. Lower the heat to medium-high and add the oil, make sure the pan is completely coated with the oil.
  • Add the chicken breasts to pan and cook 5 minutes on one side. Then flip to the other side for 5 more minutes. Turn off the heat and allow chicken to sit in pan for five minutes to cool.
  • Cut the chicken into thin strips.
  • Heat the alfredo sauce on medium heat for 10 minutes or according to directions.
  • Heat the tortellini in a large pot according to package directions. Drain and rinse with warm water.
  • Add the chicken to the tortellini. Add the alfredo sauce on top of the chicken.
  • Top with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese *optional.
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
