Kielbasa and veggies in a bowl of rice…need I say more!
Kielbasa and Veggies over Rice

Ingredients
1 T vegetable oil (taste)
1 pkg kielbasa sausage (sliced into 1″ pieces)
3 peppers (diced) Any color
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 Tablespoon butter
Salt & pepper (taste)
Rice (cooked according to package directions)
*soy sauce or yum yum sauce to your liking
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 T vegetable oil and the kielbasa sausage. Continue cooking and occassionally stirring for 5-7 minutes or until even browned on all sides.
- Remove the kielbasa from the pan do not drain grease and set aside.
- Cook the peppers and onions in the same pan. Add 1 Tablespoon of butter and salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking for about 3 to 5 minutes or to your liking.
- Once vegetables are cooked, add the kielbasa to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes. While this is cooking, make your rice according to package directions.
- Add your rice to a bowl and top with kielbasa and veggies. Top with soy sauce or yum yum sauce if desired. Enjoy!
