Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined ( I remove the tails now before marinating but it’s your personal choice)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Salt Free Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 Tablespoon of parsley or to liking
skewers/kabob sticks
Directions
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Dash garlic & herb seasoning blend (optional), Italian seasoning and garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Seal good and shake to mix.
- Add the shrimp to the bag and seal again. Gently shake and mix all of the shrimp with the marinade.
- Marinate for an hour to two hours. Do not marinade longer than two hours.
- Add the shrimp to the kabob sticks/skewers.
- Heat the grill to medium/high heat. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink or translucent.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
- If you’re like me, there’s nothing better paired with shrimp than a glass of wine! Enjoy :))
