Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined ( I remove the tails now before marinating but it’s your personal choice)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Salt Free Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/2 Tablespoon of parsley or to liking

  • skewers/kabob sticks

Directions

  • Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Dash garlic & herb seasoning blend (optional), Italian seasoning and garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Seal good and shake to mix.
  • Add the shrimp to the bag and seal again. Gently shake and mix all of the shrimp with the marinade.
  • Marinate for an hour to two hours. Do not marinade longer than two hours.
  • Add the shrimp to the kabob sticks/skewers.
  • Heat the grill to medium/high heat. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink or translucent.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.

Notes

  • If you’re like me, there’s nothing better paired with shrimp than a glass of wine! Enjoy :))
