This beef noodle casserole is a mixture of beef and spices in spaghetti sauce, tossed with egg noodles and loaded with cheese!

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
3 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
12 oz egg noodles, uncooked
1 (24 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 Tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions
- Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil; add noodles and cook according to package directions. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
- Coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the beef and noodle mixture into the 9×13 baking dish. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
