Peppermint Fudge

This peppermint fudge is so easy to make with only two ingredients and topped with crushed candy canes, yet oh so good! This recipe was created by my daughter, Ashlyn aka “the baker” of the household! 🙂 This is the perfect Christmas dessert.

Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, melted

  • 4 candy canes, crushed

Directions

  • Get a medium to big sized bowl. Add the sweetened condensed milk to your white chocolate chips. Then mix the ingredients well to combine.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Sprinkle the top with the candy canes. Set aside about a Tablespoon of the candy canes for later. Place the pan in the fridge for 4 hours. Once the fudge is set, add a little more candy canes to the top. Enjoy!
