Easy Brownies with Powdered Sugar

Ingredients
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Butter melted
4 Large Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 to 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium size bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and sugar. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and stir for 1-2 minutes just until combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until fork inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, enjoy!
