Ingredients
1 lb rigatoni cooked and drained
2 jars spaghetti sauce 24 ounces each
1 pound ground beef or 1 pound sausage or half and half
3 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided into 1 1/2 cups and 2 cups
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Add cooked rotini (according to package directions), pasta sauce, meat, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese to the slow cooker. Mix well together, then top with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or high for 2 hours, or until cheese is melted and heated through.
