Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
3/4 cup refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
8 oz room temperature cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream (room temperature)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Press 1 Tablespoon of cookie dough into the bottom of each liner. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees, or until lightly golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- For the cheesecake filling, in a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and brown sugar until smooth and combined well, set aside. Make sure this is mixed well!
- Medium bowl, whip together the heavy cream for five minutes until it forms stiff peaks.
- Mix the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, along with the vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of cheesecake filling onto each cookie crust.
- Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours, or until firm.
