Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
1 whole rotisserie chicken or desired amount boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
12 slices Swiss cheese (or enough to cover the layer in the oven safe casserole dish)
1 can green beans (whole not French style)
1 box stuffing
1 2/3 hot water
Directions
- In an oven safe casserole dish, place chicken on bottom layer.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken, cream of mushroom and milk. Stir well until completely combined. Place this over the chicken.
- Put the Swiss cheese layer over the soup mixture.
- Drain the green beans and put over the cheese.
- In a medium bowl, add the stuffing and hot water and completely combine. Place over green beans.
- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and cook 5 more minutes or until hot. Enjoy

- If you like leftovers, then this dish is perfect for you. I love this meal both after it’s made and as leftovers..yum!
